Full Privacy Notice
Effective date: October 4, 2026
This notice explains how we handle personal data related to flowtosalabs.com and to the contact you make with us by email, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Data controller
Erick Mauricio Camargo Velasco, operating under the trade name Flowtosa Labs (“Flowtosa Labs”), with address at Constituyentes Orquídeas C-1, Local 1, C.P. 76180, Querétaro, Qro., México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. For any matter related to this notice or your personal data, write to mauricio@flowtosalabs.com.
2. Personal data we process
This website currently has no contact form: contact takes place by email. If you voluntarily write to mauricio@flowtosalabs.com, we will process the data you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, company, job title and the information you include in your message.
Through this channel we do not intentionally request sensitive, financial or asset-related personal data; please do not send it.
When you visit the website, our infrastructure technically processes the information needed to deliver the pages and protect the service (for example, the IP address of the connection). We do not use it to build profiles or for advertising.
3. Purposes
We process the data you give us when contacting us for the following primary purposes, which are necessary to handle your contact:
- Responding to your request.
- Coordinating a conversation or meeting with you.
- Providing commercial follow-up related to your contact.
- Managing the relationship prior to a possible engagement of our services.
We do not process your data for secondary purposes. In particular, we do not automatically use it to send you newsletters, we do not include it in mass marketing campaigns, and we do not sell or trade databases. If we ever wished to use it for a different purpose, we would inform you beforehand and you could refuse.
4. Automated tools
We currently do not use automated tools to process the data of people who contact us. If we add them — for example, to support the receipt of requests or the coordination and scheduling of meetings — we will update this notice before doing so.
5. Providers and transfers
To operate this website and our email, we rely on necessary technology providers, such as infrastructure and hosting, email, security and other strictly necessary technology services. These providers may process information on Flowtosa Labs' behalf and under its instructions, as applicable. Some of them may provide their services or store information outside Mexico.
We do not sell your personal data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes, except where the law provides otherwise.
6. How to limit the use or disclosure of your data
You may ask us at any time to limit the use or disclosure of your data — for example, to stop commercial follow-up — by writing to mauricio@flowtosalabs.com with the subject “Limit use of data”. We will record your request and confirm when it has been handled.
7. Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to access your personal data; to rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; to have it cancelled when you consider it is not needed for the stated purposes; and to object to its processing for specific purposes (known in Mexico as ARCO rights).
To exercise them, send your request to mauricio@flowtosalabs.com including:
- Your name and a way to send you our response.
- Documents proving your identity or, where applicable, the authority of anyone acting on your behalf.
- A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data involved.
- Any information that helps us locate your data.
We will communicate our decision within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of your request. If it is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when circumstances justify it, in which case we will notify you.
8. Withdrawal of consent
Where applicable, you may withdraw the consent you have given for the processing of your data by writing to mauricio@flowtosalabs.com, with the same information required for ARCO requests. In some cases, withdrawal may prevent us from continuing to handle your request or coordinate the meeting.
9. Retention
As an internal policy chosen by Flowtosa Labs — not a period set by law — we keep your data for 24 months from our last commercial interaction with you, unless an applicable legal or contractual obligation requires a different period. Once it is no longer needed for the purposes of this notice, we will block it and then delete it, as applicable.
10. Security measures
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing. These include access limited to the people who need it to handle your contact, encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website and protected access to our systems and accounts. If a security breach significantly affects your rights, we will inform you as required by law.
12. Changes to this notice
We may amend this notice due to legal changes or changes in our services or practices. We will publish any change on this page and show the date of the last update. If a change affects the stated purposes or requires your consent, we will also let you know by email when we have your address.
